Pukeberg is a district of Nybro in southern Sweden. It was famous for its glassworks in 1871. Since the work shop of the Pockberg glassware has been closed, these well-preserved old glass buildings have become ideals in the art world. The land continues to attract those who want to have an independent art studio. So, many creators in the art, crafts and design industries began to influx, and the studios were built to grow in size. The artists who eventually settled in the Ateljéhus Pukeberg Art District in 2006. Today the region has become an important cultural center, attracting many artists and lovers of art and culture.
In 2019, the artists from Ateljéhus Pukeberg were invited to China to participate in the exhibition, which was planned by the Xiamen Nordic Contemporary Art Centre, and telling people their own story– Pickering. Although the art forms used in their creations are diverse (such as painting, ceramics, glass design, etc.), the theme of the creation is not the same. We can still see the common concern of the artists from their works of art, the theme of humanity, history, and nature.

His inspiration for the work of the exhibition: It can be seen from the picture that with the formation of small clusters, poetic images are formed. In this painting project, the artist mixes multiple patterns and views, creating a spatial and perpetual perceptual change. In some respects, it can be regarded as the continuation and development of the belief of others. The difference is that there is no clear motive and background for finding possibilities, and with the creators' motives and experiences being different, creation Subjectivity will greatly exceed the objectivity brought by this technology model.
